Where do you hope to take your career in the coming years?
This is always such a hard question…what I say in this moment is most likely going to change. Looking at it as a bigger picture, I want to cook, learn, inspire, in whatever capacity that I have a chance to. Being a Chef means more now than it used to. There are opportunities that I have now that weren’t accessible years ago.
