At the end of 2008, Rihanna was still keeping with the short hair, but she lost the highlights and was wearing it much fuller than we'd seen it before. We like this particular beauty look from the 2008 Billboard Music Awards for the dramatic cat eyes, a look that we've definitely seen Rihanna rock many times since.
