Meet Malala Yousafzai, The Youngest Ever Nobel Peace Prize Winner

Today marks a new chapter in history. Malala Yousafzai was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize this year along with India’s Kailash Satyarthi for their struggles against the suppression of children and for young people’s rights, including the right to education. She began fighting for the movement when she was barely 11 years old by anonymously blogging for BBC. Today, Malala, at 17, is the youngest ever to receive a Nobel Peace Prize.
