Madonna's need to stir up the Catholic community doesn't seem to go away and during her 2003 Confessions Tour in Los Angeles, she did it again. Madge proved she still had it with her in-your-face sexuality as she simulated sex on a giant mirrored cross while crucifying herself. The "Material Girl" insulted George Bush left and right along with other past political leaders.
