Maple and Ash

Recently opened on the corner of Maple St., Maple and Ash is one of the best restaurants to hit the classical Chicago steakhouse scene. The majority of the menu is cooked over the restaurant’s roaring fire, so you know you’re in an environment that values warmth as much as you do. Our personal favorite menu item is the “I Don’t Give A F*@K”, where for $145 you can relax, sit back, and let the restaurant take care of you. Waiters continue to bring out side dishes and plates of food until you can no longer muster up another bite of pickled pepper and pine nut broccolini. We also love that James Beard Award-winning sommelier, Belinda Chang, curates the wine list. She expertly balances traditional tastes with delightful pours. Our bottle was opened using a flame.
