Billy Lawless, owner of The Gage, hand picked a team of notable chefs and mixologists and strategically placed them all together in what was once a fireplace mantel manufacturing building. Although at times it seems as if they are still figuring out their menu, The Dawson’s atmosphere and their infinite selection of drinks are well worth the visit. The floor is warmed by tall candles on each table and an array of hanging lights, and the outdoor patio remains open in these cold wintery months. There are heat lamps thoughtfully placed nearby each table and a roaring fireplace surrounded by plush and inviting sofa seats.
