- Her latest accomplishment is being named editor at large of the influential fashion quarterly
Love magazine. She will be responsible for the new front-of-book section featuring portraits by Solve Sundsbo and interviews by Love editors Alex Fury and Isaac Lock.
- In 2000, she founded of the Fashion East initiative, the UK predessesor of the CFDSA/
Vogue Fashion Fund. Through Fashion East she been finding young, talented, new designers and helping them find the resources to grow their brands. Some of her biggest success stories include Henry Holland, Roksanda Ilincic, Richard Nicoll, Marios Schwab, Jonathon Saunders, and Gareth Pugh.
- In 2010, she began Lulu & Co., a label that uses the work found through Fashion East and puts the clothes on the racks.
- Queen Elizabeth II awarded her contributions to the fashion industry this year with an MBE (Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire).
