Other details: Artist Desi Santiago teamed up with Perrier, BOFFO and Lords South Beach to design a larger than life public art installation. The ravenous black dog, Gypsy, complete with laser eyes, smoke, and oversize pink-clawed paws, takes over Lords South Beach and is Santiago’s largest piece to date.
