New Yorkers For Children Sets The Bar High For Benefit Season

Do you have a spare forty minutes? Good, because you'll want to click through each and every photo from last night's New Yorkers For Children Benefit, held at Cipriani 42nd Street. Big names in the entertainment industry like Kanye West and Estelle and Courtney Love joined New York Society types like Lauren Remington Platt, Julie Macklowe, and Paz de la Huerta for an evening that set the standard for the 2010 Season.-

The entertainment? A performance by Estelle.  The host? Selita Ebanks. The Venue? Cipriani at its opulent best, with the cavernous interior lit with soft oranges and pinks, complementing the table settings. The guest list? Rachel Roy, John Slatterly, and Talia Balsam, Alexandra Richards, Johannes Huebl, Kelly Rutherfod, Liliana Cavendish, Mary Alice Stephenson, Naeem Khan, Paz De La Huerta, Peggy Siegal, Richard Johnson, Tamara Mellon, Veronica Webb and Zani Gugelmann. The Cause: to increase awareness of child welfare issues and to assist children in foster care.
