Kristen Stewart, Dakota Fanning Open The Runaways At SXSW

[All photos by Scott Kowalchyk for PMc] Stars Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning, rocker Cherie Currie, director Floria Sigismondi, and record producer Kim Fowely all screened the girl-rocker biopic The Runaways at SXSW Thursday night.-

Because it was SXSW, the screening was sponsored by SOBE and Mountain Dew. No one looked too caffeinated, although Dakota flashed some crazy eyes, and Kim Fowely either tried to bless or grope the photographer. As usual, Kristen was slouchy but cute; against our better judgement, we're gradually warming to her mullet. It's taking on a muppet-y life of its own, which makes us want to sing children's songs about healthy toking habits and sharing lyricist cred with it.
