9. A skinny Minnie caused much controversy after a Barneys and Disney-collaborated campaign was recently revealed to the public. Online complainers say the new (much thinner) Minnie Mouse is a horrible role model to young girls, and two petitions are currently in the works asking Disney and Barneys to reconsider their designs portrayal. The companies defended the Skinny Minnie by saying that was that it was a "lighthearted holiday project." [Fashionista]
