3. A fire broke out in Paris' Place Vendome yesterday. Place Vendome is home to the iconic Hotel Ritz, which was once the home of Coco Chanel, and where many notable people had been staying during Paris Fashion Week. When the fire was first reported, onlookers speculated that it may have started inside the hotel. It was later confirmed that the fire began in an underground garage. A few people were taken to a nearby hospital for smoke inhalation, but a few of the rare and exotic cars parked in the garage didn't make it. [
