6. Donatella Versace snags The Ritz Paris for her fall/ winter Atelier Versace collection. On July 1st, she plans to host not one, but two shows at the hotel's Salon Vendome, a venue that has hosted many Versace shows in the past. This will be one of the last major events for the hotel as it is closing for renovation July 31. On the closing Donatella said,
“The closing of the Ritz Paris for two years represents the end of an era but also the beginning of a new one, so to be able to show Atelier Versace there one last time will be a memorable milestone.”
