The Carrie Diaries we will follow
Carrie through her coming-of-age in the 80s, see her fall in love for the first time and finally meet her friends Miranda, Samantha and Charlotte.
Previous speculations as to who might get the role included Blake Lively, Miley Cyrus and Glee's Dianna Agron, who can now apply as one of the other girls. We're not sure about the appeal of a high school pre-sex-columnist Carrie Bradshaw, who will have an even harder time of making her
shopping expenses plausible to the audience than her older character played by
Sarah Jessica Parker. At the same time, we'll probably be happy to get her back anyways once the show is aired.
