Each year, the Met Costume Institute Gala celebrates the Met's annual fashion exhibit at the Costume Institute. The stars who attend the gala are advised to dress in accordance with that year's theme, and this year's theme was Schiaparelli and Prada 'Impossible Conversations.'  Anna Wintour took matters into her own hands this year to make sure her staff was dressed appropriately, but even the Queen of the Met Ball can't make sure all runs smoothly.
