IFB aka Independent Fashion Bloggers hosted their semi-annual conference at Milk Studios on Wednesday February 8th. The day long conference is the world's biggest blogging event, and is essentially Comic Con for fashionistas.

Over 300 fashion bloggers gathered to listen to the industry's best social networkers share their success stories, while mingling with like-minded (and like-dressed) ladies and gents. The room was an explosion of trends - with printed pants, color blocking and platform shoes galore.

Panel discussions were hosted by the likes of Bryan Boy, DKNY PR Girl, and Leah Chernikoff of Fashionista.com, who advised eager listeners on how to grow their blogs and Facebook followings, which apps they live and die for, and proper Twitter etiquette. During breaks, the crowd chatted, exchanged quirky and charming business cards and checked out the numerous activity booths throughout the space.

Sponsors like JBrand and Design Within Reach snapped photos of attendees interacting with merchandise; whether just posing on a couch, or playing dress up with racks of clothing. With so many fashion bloggers devotedly texting, tweeting and Instagram-ing from the packed room - it's a wonder that anyone actually looked at the speakers at all! Good thing they could also follow along on Twitter as IFB streamed minute-by-minute updates. In short, it was a social networkers dream.
