Pros: The prices are low which is great for shopping. They're online so it's easy access for everyone. As a seller, you eliminate the hassle of schlepping to a brick-and-mortar store by mailing everything directly to them. Select cities even have in-home pick up available! Their commission split is the ONLY one which favors the consignor rather than the store. Cons: The search function is limited, so browsing can be tricky if you're looking for something specific.
