Ingredients:

2 tablesppons cream cheese, 

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

1/8 teaspoon salt

6 tablespoons whole milk

6 large eggs

1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup cooked rice

Julienne slices of red bell pepper

4 thin asparagus spears

Sesame seeds for garnish
