Halloween Splatter
Be the Jackson Pollack of polish with this funky Halloween look. First, paint your orange base coat using
OPI Ya'll Come Back Now Ya Hear. Then tape off your fingers so you don't splatter paint all over your skin (
here's how).
Take a plastic straw cut in half and dip into a bottle of
OPI Black Onyx. Holding the straw about 6 inches from your nails, shoot a quick puff through the straw to propel polish onto them. Repeat and apply top coat after the splatters have settled.
