Bloody Vampire Mary

For the rim you'll need:
1 tablespoon Himalayan Pink Salt
1/8 teaspoon Celery Seed
1/16 teaspoon approx (pinch) ground ginger
1/16 teaspoon approx (pinch) of red chili pepper flakes
1/16 teaspoon approx (pinch) of ground cayenne red pepepr
1/16 teaspoon approx (pinch) black pepper
2 wedges of lime
And for the drink you'll need:
8 ounces ginger vodka
16 ounces tomato juice
2 ounces lemon juice
1 tablespoon Sherry
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon horseraddish
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
2-4 dashes of Frank’s RedHot Wings (Buffalo) sauce fresh crushed black pepper
4-8 pickled asparagus spears, for garnish
4 cherry heirloom tomatoes or pickled peppers, for garnish
Whisk or combine rimier ingredients in a shallow plate. Rub the edges of 4 highball glasses with a lime, then dip into rimier. Carefully fill the 4 highball glasses halfway with ice. Pour vodka and tomato juice into a pitcher and stir. Add remaining ingredients except garnish ingredients into pitcher. Stir and pour into prepared glasses. Garnish each glass with 1 or 2 asparagus spears and heirloom tomatoes. Or, stuffed olives, pickled peppers, or any other garnishes of choice.
