Kenya Couture for a Sustainable Future: Anna Trzebinski Trunk Show

In her first-ever Hamptons Trunk Show, Kenya-based designer Anna Trzebinski will give East Enders the rare opportunity to shop her handmade collection - featuring handbags of exotic leathers with cow horn finishes, native African peacock and ostrich feathered shawls, hand-beaded sandals and other statement-making pieces - to benefit environmental non-profits Group for the East End and the Africa Foundation. Favored by the likes of Naomi Campbell and Uma Thurman, each piece draws inspiration from the rich colors and raw materials of Anna's native Africa and invokes the feeling of rare travelers’ finds. Handcrafted by tribal women in Kenya, this international collection holds conservation at its core, sustaining handmade fashion in an area that remains untouched by mass production and global manufacturing.
