Navy Beach Season Opening

Montauk's favorite beachfront restaurant will kick off the 2011 season with a new menu featuring some exciting additions, new cocktail concoctions and live music. Chef Paul LaBue will bring back favorites including the sautéed crab cake; crispy calamari salad; seafood and chips; buttermilk fried chicken; the Navy burger; the prized truffled mac ”˜n cheese; and the award winning Montauk clam and corn chowder. New to the menu will be a small plates selection including fish tacos with pico de gallo and lime crema; Yunnan ribs with black vinegar, chili and caramel; and crispy shishito peppers. Bar opens at 3pm and dinner starts at 5:30pm
