This year’s Carnival will offer camper and community families alike a magical array of carnival rides and games, music, entertainers and artists, farm animals, pony and hay rides, and many more creative interactive activities for all ages. Our food tent offers a great selection of food and refreshments from local area restaurants.
The Art Farm Summer Carnival for Mari’s Children is one of the highlights of a summer at The Art Farm, and has become a premier family event for all who live and summer in the Hamptons. All proceeds from the Summer Carnival go to Mari’s Children, a completely volunteer charity which was founded by Mari Linmann, owner of The Art Farms, in humanitarian response to the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami. Today, Mari’s Children has expanded its efforts to fund important relief and educational initiatives for children in Sri Lanka, Thailand, Costa Rica and right here at home by offering scholarships to camp through the Art Farms. Mari personally sponsors her trips to visit every project to ensure that all dollars raised go directly to the children.
So . . . Come One, Come All - from east and west, north and south - to The Art Farm Summer Carnival for Mari’s Children 2011.
Tickets go on sale June 27, 2011, and are available in advance through The Art Farm office at (631) 537-1634, or on event day at the Summer Carnival front gate.
