Safe-guarding Our Selves and Our Family. At this time of year, we are all vulnerable to depression & anxiety. Aging parents and seniors are particularly effected: the signs are varied: silence, rage, isolation, fear. An open discussion and some practical ideas led by Juliet Frodella, Eastern LI Hospital.
