Yoga Fundraiser for Urban Zen at Southampton Hospital

Come join us for a gentle and deep yoga class culminating in an urban zen integrative therapy session that will restore your balance and vitality. For an hour and a half you will be guided through a balanced asana sequence that will prepare you for deep relaxation. Then as you rest in restorative poses you will be guided through body scan meditations and breath awareness practices while integrative therapists will give you reiki and essential oils. Furthermore you will be practicing karma yoga since 100 percent of the proceeds will go towards employing urban zen integrative therapist at Southampton Hospital. After the class there will be a short introduction to the Urban Zen Integrative Therapy Program and a question answer session. Entry: $75 donation per person. Greater donations are very much welcome!
