Any place that advertises real maple syrup to go along with some killer french toast is doing a lot of things right. This teeny little spot (hence the name) located right outside Sag Harbor town is extremely cozy, so don't be put out by the fact that you're essentially rubbing elbows with your neighbor. The Tuscan Toast topped with Goat Cheese, Spinach, Tomato, Onion & Two Poached Eggs will have you going back again next weekend, 30 minute wait or not.
