Amagansett Farmers Market
Run by Eli Zabar and the Peconic Land Trust in an effort to conserve working farms on Long Island, the Amagansett Farmers Market features a kitchen alongside tons of fresh produce and other tasty treats. By the way, the bread here is out of control. Order a greasy egg sandwich with lox and head to the outside seating area with views of the seven acre backyard to consume the best breakfasts you'll have in a while. Just don't be surprised by your receipt, this place is pricy, but oh so worth it.
