The Green Thumb
Located in Water Mill (between Southampton and Bridgehampton), the Green Thumb is probably one of the more well known farm stands in the Hamptons. Owned by the Raymond Halsey family, the Green Thumb is committed to sustainable agriculture. They use organic, natural farming practices such as crop rotation, compost, and bio dynamic preparations.
The farm stand is open May through November, and it sells fruits, vegetables, herbs, local cheese, jams, and honey made from their own bee hives.
