Why: David Burke, renowned chef and restaurateur will serve as LEAD CHEF for the 10th Anniversary of "A Hamptons Happening", a benefit for the Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation. He will have five of his restaurants and their executive chefs in town for the evening.
