Do you have any tried and true tips and tricks for seamless hosting/entertaining?
Prepare everything in advance. Keep a pitcher of water out for your guests. Chill lots of wine. Know who’s in charge of grilling, and if you have a large group of people, then get help for the clean up! Oh, and have simple snacks for when guests arrive - things to nibble on like bread served with ricotta, fresh thyme and honey, olives etc.
