Movie: Dear John
Summer Setting: Charlestown, South Carolina
Love Story: John, a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army and Savannah, a college student meet on vacation and fall in love with one another. After their vacation ends, John and Savannah continue their relationship through letters hoping that they could one day build a life together when John leaves the army but their relationship takes a turn when John decides to re-enlist after recent September 11 attacks.
