8/19: The Kills
American singer Alison Mosshart collaborated with British guitarist Jamie Hince to form the indie rock band called The Kills. In order to acquire new identities, Mosshart and Hince renamed themselves "VV" and "Hotel" respectively, and began producing music. In 2011, the garage blues duo who have been compared to The White Stripes, released their fourth album called Blood Pressures.
