Ok so maybe he hit Florida the worst as a Category 4 back in 2004, but Charley's winds and rain was still noticed here on the Island. With $15 billion of US damages, he was second the costliest hurricane this country has experienced. Charley the big spender. He would have fit in quite nice out here. [Photo via]
