Gala To Raise Money For Ronald McDonald House New York
Where: Private Residence, East Hampton Other Details: The First Annual Hampton Gala to Raise Money for Ronald McDonald House New York was off to a great start as guests were serenaded by a lively performance from the Born Again Baldwins upon entering the event at a private residence in East Hampton this past Saturday. No sooner did they pass the drumming group in the main entrance, they were greeted by a festive yard decked out in yellow and red--the Ronald McDonald House colors,  of course. The foundation supports families with children battling cancer by offering rooms, education and support, appropriately re-coining the line, "There's no place like home." What better way to decorate the fundraiser than to have the bartenders dress as Dorothy, reminding the guests of the great accomplishments this foundation works to achieve. However, the fun didn't stop there. 4 AM DJ got the crowd moving on the dance floor in between bidding on the silent auction and munching on delicious appetizers and entrees. To top it off, comedian Marla Schultz kept the group laughing into the evening, making the first of many gala's to come a great success.
