Other Details: This food frenzy is one of the tastiest benefits of the Hamptons summer season. A handful of well recognized chefs including David Bouley, Todd English, Marcus Samuelsson, Geoffrey Zakarian, Alex Guarnaschelli and Chris Santos worked up a sweat preparing an array of sample sized dishes for attendees, composed of mostly seafood. After the mini bamboo plates were cleared from the hands of attendees, the auction began where guests bid on a set of Mario Batali's cookware, an assortment of fancy dinners and a a selection of high class vacations.
