We had a chance to speak with Alicia Rountree of Tartinery and Ben Watts of Watts Up Rose this weekend.
How did you start the company?
Alicia Rountree: We met in France, our parents actually set us up, we dated and decided to start it together.
Are you still dating?
No, but we're very close friends. We're all renting a house together in East Hampton this summer, sort of near the woods.
What do you do to stay in shape over the summer?
I love pilates. I do it a bunch. I also love SLT. It's hard but you get used to it.
Do you try to eat healthy?
I'm a vegetarian, so that helps me. I try to focus on clean, healthy eating.
