Nobu, the famous New York sushi restaurant, made its debut in the Hamptons last summer. Located at the renovated Capri in Southampton, Nobu at the beach offers an indoor/outdoor dining room in the former Pink Elephant space. With ingredients picked by the Nobu Chefs, expect to see dishes created especially for the new beach location, such as the yellowtail jalapeno and black cod with miso.
