2. The Hedges Inn in East Hampton
Spend a night at the historic Hedges Inn in East Hampton just to be able to feast on my favorite breakfast in the morning. Ann Clarke's frothy meringue atop a half grapefruit is mouth-watering. Followed by the baked eggs with mushrooms, you'll have to skip lunch that day.
