It Is Freezing At Night
I know. It's a super cute idea. A late summer night of drinks outside with friends, perhaps at The Surf Lodge beach area after a fun concert has died down. You, in that new short dress you just picked up the other week. WRONG. The second the sun disappears, prepare to enter the chill zone. Especially in Montauk, where basically everything is on some body of water, and thus the breeze is out to get you.
Your spaghetti strap romper, daisy duke cutoffs, crop top situations have no place here. Huddling in group photos just to stay warm. Why do you think The Surf Lodge makes so much money selling sweatshirts?
