Our Guide To What's New & Notable In The Hamptons This Summer

We all know and love Wolffer Estate Vineyards for their fabulous wine (no shortage of rosé this summer, promise), but with the addition of the Wolffer Kitchen we're starting to love them even more. Set to open next month in Sag Harbor, the menu will be modern American with Mediterranean influences, and a focus on seafood and local ingredients. Naturally, the food is selected to pair well with the Wolffer wine list, and co-owner siblings Marc and Joey Wolffer hope it to be a "modern yet cozy" restaurant, reminiscent of the bohemian Hamptons the two knew as kids.
