This East End favorite is really giving guests farm-to-table service with a “seed-to-plate” menu from Executive Chef Chris Rendell. As a diner, you can even travel with the staff to the five acres allotted for the Montauk mainstay at Bhumi Farms and pick what you’ll be having for dinner that night.
