Where To Dine: Noah's

After an art-filled tour (or shopping sesh), settle in for some seafood and locally-sourced small plates at Noah's. While the nautical name is fitting, it's actually not a play on Noah's Ark (am I the only one who thought that?!). Long Island native Chef Noah Schwartz has been cooking up unforgettable dishes in Greenport since 2010, and you can tell the modern eatery is a favorite among locals and visitors alike. Opt for oysters from the raw bar and the must-try filet mignon sliders, but make sure to leave room for the seafood-packed jambalaya, filled with flavorful clams, mussels, rock shrimp, white fish, scallops, and andouille. Pair it all with a local bottle of vino from the North Fork and you're in for a true taste of the area.
