Leave your desk

When your work is piled high, it might be hard to rationalize a lunch break away from your desk - but it is completely necessary. Avoid Seamless or office snacks and take a walk. Getting your legs moving will increase circulation and open up your blood vessels, which get constricted during long periods of inactivity, making you feel sleep-deprived even if you aren't. If you go outside it will also give you that bit of sunshine to wake you up again.
