Dinner At The TableYou might look a little loopy to your friends and family, but your stomach will thank you. If you find yourself unable to get up after stuffing your face with a four course meal, workout in your seat! Straighten your back and cross your legs, placing one knee over the other. Then, starting from the right, lean all the way down until you can see underneath the table and then switch sides. Repeat 50 times (or until you feel the burn!). [Photo via @mylastbite]
