Grocery Bag Lifts

Cat's Out of the BagAfter hours of grocery shopping, you can incorporate all your bags into a mini workout. Take a seemingly heavy bag for each arm and lift from the side of your hip upward until it's perpendicular from your body. Repeat for both arms 10 times.
