Just Eat It

Let's talk about cravings - we all have them, and if you have sensible taste buds, you crave chocolate. That's ok, because we do too and doctors are now advising us that indulging in these cravings is fine. We'll say it again, eating chocolate is GOOD for you. The facts behind it all lie within our brain, and how when we crave something so deeply it is only healthy for us to satisfy that craving. Again, doctors will recommend chocolate in smaller doses, but as far as that part of the recommendation goes...we won't tell if you won't.
