Thanks, Obama! The political capital of the United States trumps (no pun intended) every other city with a lower death rate from cardiovascular disease and diabetes, and more park units, tennis courts, swimming pools, and recreational centers per capita. It also helps that the median income is over $90K; if money can't buy happiness, we know it can at least buy good health care.
