Raspberry Fig Smoothie

If you've never had a Fig Newton then you never had a childhood. Unfortunately, those are not recommended while detoxing, but figs themselves are definitely still a must. They are great for increasing energy and cleansing the digestive system. They are one of the few fruits that provide omega 3s. Add some raspberries and check out the full recipe here.
