2 oz. Bacardi 8yr Rum
3/4 oz. Passionfruit Puree
3/4 oz. Lime Juice
1 1/4 oz. Honey Syrup
8-10 Mint Leaves
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, shake with ice and strain into empty pilsner glass. Fill glass with crushed ice and top with 5 dashes of Angostura Bitters.
