Irish Buck
The "buck family" of cocktails is defined by having a base spirit, ginger ale or ginger beer, and citrus. If you love a good Moscow Mule or a Dark and Stormy, you'll love an Irish Buck.
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz of Bushmills Irish Whiskey
1/4 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz of ginger ale or ginger beer
Preparation
Combine whiskey and lime juice in a Collins glass and top with ginger ale.
